They will be taught Color matching, Client consultation, maintenance, Pricing and building a order, mannequin head and hands on application, certification of completion. They will receive two packs of hair extensions, swatch, tote bag and our complete line of Hair ADK’s organic wet line.

Hair ADK is committed to providing high quality products and service to our customers. In the rare instance that you may find dissatisfaction with our products and need to request a return please refer to our Return Policy below.

Refund Policy

Hair ADK does not offer cash or credit card refunds

Exchanges:

Exchanges can be made only if the product is in its original unopened package. Only tape extensions in unopened packages that are in re-salable condition can be exchanged. Exchanges must be made within 7 working days from delivery date. There is no returns or exchanges for Lock Strips due to hygienic reasons all sales are final. You must call customer service at 800-554-0890 prior to returning any product to obtain a Return Materials Authorization number. You will also need to email us at michele@hairadk.com with the tracking number and carrier for your returning package. PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AN RMA NUMBER AND A TRACKING NUMBER. Only tape extensions in unopened packages that are in re-salable condition can be exchanged. Hair ADK will not be held accountable for lost packages. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to and from Hair ADK unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly. There is a 15% restocking fee. Product must be returned to Hair ADK prior to shipping the new exchanged item. Include a copy of the original invoice, the purchase order number or the original invoice number with your returning products. There is no returns or exchanges for Lock Strips all sales are final. Defective Products:

Hair ADK. will replace any hair products that are a manufacture defect within 14 days of delivery date. Upon receipt of the returned product, Hair ADK. will determine if it is a manufacture defect. If the product is not a manufacture defect we will not exchange or issue credit. If Hair ADK. determines that the product purchased was a manufacture defect we will ship a replacement product at our expense.
